Cafe & Order Policy
Welcome to Anjali. We are dedicated to providing you with authentic South Indian food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests, we have the following policies.
1. Food Safety & Allergies
Your health and safety are very important to us.
Please inform your server of any food allergies (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, etc.) before placing your order.
While our kitchen takes precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our facility handles various ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any dish will be 100% free from all allergens.
2. Order Satisfaction
We take great pride in our food and want you to be happy with your meal.
If you are not satisfied with any dish, please notify our staff immediately (within the first few bites).
We will do our best to correct the issue, which may include remaking the dish or offering an alternative item.
We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for any dish that has been mostly or fully consumed.
3. Reservations and Seating
We strive to seat all our guests promptly.
We primarily operate on a walk-in basis.
For reservations (if offered), we will hold your table for 10-15 minutes past your reserved time. After this period, we may release the table to other waiting guests.
We kindly ask that you be mindful of other guests waiting for a table during our busy hours.
4. Payment
We accept payment via cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI.
Payment is due at the completion of your meal.
For large groups, please notify our staff in advance if you require separate bills.
5. Cafe Conduct and Environment
To ensure a pleasant environment for all patrons:
We ask that guests maintain a reasonable noise level.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is causing a disturbance, is disrespectful to staff or other guests, or is in violation of our policies.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the cafe.
6. Personal Belongings
Anjali is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you and be mindful of your surroundings.
